The key to creative completion is to KEEP GOING! But all too often we get blown off course, knocked out, or simply run out of gas and quit too soon.
Accountability is the fuel we need to continue. Through structured support mechanisms like”accountabilibuddy breakouts” and “good pressure deadlines,” we are energized and empowered to make continual progress step by step, regardless of what life throws at us!
FEEDBACK THAT EMPOWERS YOU
The Spark File’s kind-but-rigorous feedback process is the key to centering your unique creative voice and tapping into your own insight.
You’ll be supported by the BLAZE coaching team as well as fellow creatives who bring diverse backgrounds, experience, and resources.
All feedback is given with consent, and based on the artists’ needs. This artist-centered approach to creative feedback is designed to make you confident, empowered and excited to reach your creative goals.

Every week, Susan Blackwell and Laura Camien deliver a masterclass curriculum designed to help you clarify your creative visions and develop a personalized roadmap to your goal.
ADDITIONAL TOOLS YOU NEED FOR INSPIRATION
ONGOING ACCOUNTABILITY CHECKINS
With our “accountabilibuddy” breakouts, you’ll have a structured opportunity to refer back to your roadmap, check your progress, and adjust accordingly. Our creative goals stay top of mind - even if they morph and change over time.
GOOD PRESSURE DEADLINES
Throughout the course, you will share your work in progress in “Creativity Shares”. These scheduled opportunities provide “gentle pressure”, accountability and a chance for feedback, while your work is still in development.
THINKING PARTNERSHIPS
Every month you will have the opportunity for a Thinking Partership, if you choose. Based on the work of Nancy Klein, Thinking Partnerships allow you to truly be listened to as you talk out your creative work or challenge with a partner. We’ll show you how it’s done, but trust us, these life-changing sessions allow us to deeply connect with our own minds and intuition.
ARTIST-CENTERED FEEDBACK PROCESS
We’re here to support you in creating the work YOU were destined to make. The goal of our rigorous but kind, artist-centric feedback process is to celebrate what is working in your project, and provide the support and guidance you need to take the next best step in your creative work.
CREATIVITY LABS
These weekly optional, drop-in Labs, are designed to provide options for you to carve out dedicated time for your creative projects in a tranquil environment conducive to productivity or share your works in progress in a safe and supportive, moderated environment.
OFFICE HOURS WITH SUSAN + LAURA
Real Time Coaching and Q+A - on a monthly basis, the Creativity Lab will feature an opportunity for small group coaching and Q + A with Susan and/or Laura. Bring the questions and challenges you’ve been grappling with, and together we’ll clear the blocks and light the path forward.
