YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:
➞ you’re a creative person with so many ideas but you’re stopped by fears, vampires and obstacles before you can complete them…and the graveyard of abandoned projects is overflowing…
➞ you have been knocked down by painful criticism, lack of support or creative wounds…
➞ you have a longing in your heart to complete a creative project - an idea you’ve held for years, maybe even started, but can’t seem to get it over the finish line…
➞ you’re a solopreneur or a creative who has an incredible track record working for others, but can’t seem to give your own work the same time and attention…
➞ you’re an established artist who is stuck in a creative rut…
➞ you’re on the brink of a major life or career change and would like to change old limiting beliefs and patterns in your life…and imagine a new world of possibility for yourself…

We each began creating our own work in NYC, and then co-creating with each other and others we loved - understanding the important role community plays in any creatives’ life.
We learned how to step out of our comfort zones when needed, and conquer performance anxiety, imposter syndrome, perfectionism (ok, maybe we’re still working on that one! ha!), and more.
We often created external deadlines for ourselves and each other, creating accountability and ensuring that our work would move forward no matter what.
We took classes and learned from the best.
We gained experience working with others, and experience being OURSELVES. The greater our capacity to lean into our own unique voices, the greater our capacity for creative freedom, self-expression and yes, success.
Here’s a hot tip taken from ALLLLL our years of learning: You are not alone.
The mental roadblocks and struggles you experience - both external and internal - are universal to all who attempt to create. Those fears associated with creative risk taking you’ve encountered? Even the most successful creatives feel them.
That is the price of admission.
What we have learned, over the span of years, is that there are ways to build the muscle of creative risk-taking and make the feelings of discomfort tolerable.
And we want to share those secrets with you.

The Spark File offers the foundation for learning how to tackle perfectionism, limiting beliefs, resistance, imposter syndrome and even…
how to make the discomfort of creative risk-taking tolerable.
It took us time, but we never would have been able to advance our creative work without these tools, including on and off Broadway theatre-making, publishing, music-making, filmmaking, festivals, marketing and public relations, fundraising, and more.
With help from the IGNITE sessions, you’ll get where you’re meant to go in a fraction of the time it took us, and with far less fear!
Now, we feel an incredible lightness and joy around our creativity. We feel free and creatively self-expressed.
And all of this is possible for you too!
Burning through the Barriers of Limiting Beliefs:
In these modules, we’ll uncover the invisible belief systems that may be blocking your creative process and transform them into catalysts for unparalleled growth. Through introspective exercises and guided reflection, you'll gain insight into the subconscious beliefs that have acted as roadblocks on your creative journey. By shining a light on these beliefs, you'll become empowered to confront and transcend them.
